Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered 2 bowls for delivery, was promised it would arrive at 7:00 PM. Did not arrive until 8:00 PM. Witnessed the women whom was delivering food, just parked on her phone. Not just that, I’m missing foods on my bowl that I’ve paid extra for, Missing salsa. The food has no taste. Wish I can get my money worth back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE, WORSE FLAVOR EVER...!!!

I love Chipotle, and although they've had bad reviews and their food is not as fresh as it used to be. This location is one of the cleanest I've found and the food looks and taste fresh. The nearest Chipotle to me is the one by Arundel Mills Mall and every time I go there it's always dirty and the food is not fresh. So I'd rather drive all the way out here to Laurel to eat at this Chipotle. Great service and the staff is always nice.

Very good location. Food was excellent and so was portion size. This location opens until 11pm nightly.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They rip you off for the money you pay. They do not put enough meat in your burrito to even call it a steak, chicken or pork burrito. They load it up with more condiments so many you cannot even taste the steak, chicken or pork that you ordered and paid for. It was so bad I just threw the burrito in the trash after paying for it and I should have known better after watching her baby scoop a small portion like they were running out of it. Definately a waste of money and not worth it.

Customer service is so poor, when you walk into an establishment you are generally greeted. Not the case, a simple hello I'll be right with, is an easy thing to say instead of having your customers looking like is anyone going to take my order. Food Safety concerns in the past and now your customer service is killing the chain too.

I use the app to order my food. It was not ready. The young lady was not apologectic at all. She ask me to show the address of the store on my phone. All she need to do wss look it up. But the food was still good.

Everything was amazing the tasty meats and rice i couldnt ask for more

Watched the customers in front of me get their food and it was loaded when it came to fixing my I had to pay extra for the same thing they did for the regular price for.

Best veggie burrito - 2 can share

So of course, I can deal with no chips and no dressing, but bugs in my is an absolute NO GO. I will not ever eat a chipotle again. This is disgusting. And to have it all blamed on the lettuce washer is a joke.. naw I'm good.

Good as always. Fresh veggies, I love that you get free guac with the veggie bowls. Perfect for vegetarians & vegans.

Would give it 5 if cleanliness was better. No one was out wiping tables and emptying trash. Food and service was as expected.

I recently visited this Chipotle location during my business trip. This is located in the near by strip mall location. Here is my quick feedback. 5 - location and parking are very convenient & visible. 5 - service is prompt. Order is prepared quickly with good portion. 4 - cleaniness needs some attention around dine in area.

Not a great experience compared to previous visits to other locations. The staff was not helpful when completing our orders and we had to ask for side items that were missing from the order. The dining area was half empty but the tables were dirty and our family of 5 was forced to find a place at the bar height tables which still had to be wiped down with water soaked napkins. The upside is that the food was really quite delicious but, given the dine in experience, we would likely opt for take out at this location if we decided to ever revisit again. Can't wait to get back to Athens GA where our local Chipotle serves consistently great food with equally great service and pride.

Good taste and a decent place to eat. The burritos are large but the taste can be better

Had the Burrito Bowl with brown rice, chicken, black beans, lettuce and guacamole (for 2 bucks more); sounds plain but I really enjoyed this dish. 5 thumbs up and 5 stars for taste and great service!!!

I place a order by the app. Walk in straight to the cashier. I’m Standing in front of the Register for 10 minutes. The workers see me standing and don’t Acknowledge.i had to go on my way and ask her if I can grab my order.

This Chipotle has beers! I come here sometimes for lunch. Service here is fast. They keep their fresh. It is cleaner store then other restaurants.

Please be careful what you eat at this place I bought a bowl yesterday and it was a rock literally in my food. I was eating and bit down on the rock... I will give 0 stars if it was an option!

This Chipotle is not clean there are roaches and other creepcrawlers in the food and it is not so clean

Listen. I already hate eating out, as it is, but to find a bug in my food is disgusting and I will NEVER EVER come back to this location, maybe not come to any Chipotle's at all. Bcuz this is gross.. Idk even know what kind of bug this is and how many I've already eaten.. Smh. If I could give a 0, I would.

Good food good employees but this last experience gets a 2 start solely bc they didn't have any chips whatsoever. That's one of the main reasons I go. How am I going to eat anything there without chips??. Blew my whole meal

They are skimpy on their portions,this location put to much hot season on their food and the staff is unprofessional.

Everything was delicious, with friendly service.. I wish they had a better taco to-go container because my tacos were very soggy 3 mins later.

I have Chipotle in my kitchen at lest three times a week, that's how much I love it...I don't really have a favorite location just a favorite dish...extra chicken, mild tomato salsa,corn,and lettuce with a salad dressing and a large bag of chips...I mix it all up and that is fresh, rural salsa...doesn't get any better, anywhere...its cool when they are not super busy and you don't have to wait in a long line...all the locations are clean and the staff is quick, not always friendly...and they make SURE to charge for that extra meat...

They are not too bad when you go into the store, but ordering from there is a nightmare. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, and each time I have had an issue. So I won’t be ordering from them again. I’ll order from the Corridor Marketplace location.

This is just your average Chipotle. They do move very quickly when preparing food for pickup or as you wait, but the serving sizes are very inconsistent. That could be a good thing if you want some unpredictable variety, but I prefer to just switch a few ingredients around when I want something different. It is always quite clean in the dining area and bathrooms to their credit.

Service quality of the staff is not good. So unprofessional

Used to love the food but got a mild case of food poisoning at this one.

Like a week & half ago we ordered a big order online, and when we picked up and got to our place and we checked the bolws they were almost empty not as full as when you go in. And then we called the store and the lady that picked up said that it was the same portion as they served in the restarurant and clearly it was not, the pieces of chicken were countable. Then I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she hanged up the phone on me, that was very rude of her, and very unrespectful. Seriously a bad customer service.

Need better customer service, and the server need to listen before placing the order.

This place is way better than the Arundel Mills location... the food is fresh and a good portion size, however the location seems a bit dirty, typical of chipotle.
